At IU 4 we are discussing the agenda. We think that this should be designed keeping classroom teachers in mind. We don't want to overload them. A sample agenda would include several sessions during the day where teachers see what other teachers are doing in their classrooms. They would walk away with a sample lesson plan they could do in their classroom.
Most importantly, we want teachers to network and build relationships that they can work with after CFF is gone.
